Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4). Roll out the pastry in a mold,
prick it with a fork. Sprinkle with butter flakes.
Brown the bacon lardons in a pan, then blot them with a paper towel.
Beat the eggs, crème fraîche, and milk.
Add the bacon lardons.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour over the pastry.
Cook for 45 to 50 min.
