95 g salted butter
150 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
425 g flour
5 g vanilla beans (or vanilla extract)

🧾Ingredients
285 g Softened butter
95 g salted butter
150 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
425 g flour
5 g vanilla beans (or vanilla extract)
👨🍳Instructions
(All can be done in a stand mixer, using flat beater)
Mix the butters, powdered sugar, scraped vanilla beans, and egg yolks
Add the flour
Form into logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and store in the freezer
Slice, roll in sugar, bake at 160°C (320°F) until lightly golden
You can melt some chocolate and cover them with it it's delicious
Tips: make them a bit cold and hard if you want to cut them into shapes so it can hold better in the oven
