The best cookies ever! My original recipes ! They are soft and crunchy with a buttery taste and a little touch of salt.
Mix the butter, sugars, and salt using an electric mixer.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Incorporate as much flour as possible with the baking powder using the mixer, and mix the rest by hand. Add the chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
Chill for 15 minutes before shaping into balls (30g or more) and place them slightly apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 10 to 12 minutes. The edges should barely start to color so the cookies stay soft.
Let cool on a wire rack.
(The raw dough can be frozen. You can also use milk chocolate, white chocolate, and other nuts.)
