  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds

    In a large jar, mix the hemp, flax, chia seeds, and crushed walnuts. Mix everything well to have a complete booster jar!

    In bags of 40g minimum: Add one tablespoon of the booster mix + 5 generous tablespoons of oat flakes
