Place the breasts on a board and make oblique incisions every 1 cm, without cutting through the meat.
In a bowl, squeeze the lime. Add the oil, chili seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix. Add the chicken and coat. Let rest for 5 minutes while you preheat the air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
Place the chicken in the basket, incised side down, without overlapping. Cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the chicken, baste with the remaining marinade and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown.
Place on a serving plate, drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro and serve or incorporate into rice, tacos, or a salad.
