These incredibly easy and delicious 3-ingredient cookies are a healthy treat perfect for any time of day. Made with ripe bananas, wholesome oats, and a touch of chocolate, they are naturally sweet, satisfying, and require no added sugar or flour.
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe bananas with a fork until mostly smooth. A few small lumps are fine.
Add the rolled oats and chocolate chips to the mashed bananas. Stir well to combine all ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming about 12 equally sized cookies. You can gently flatten them slightly with the back of a spoon if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the cookies are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
